Please dont waste ur money here, they dont respect there customers enough to turn there freezers up I spent 26 dollars for three 1 scoop icecreams They melted before we got to the car Would it hurt to lower the temp on the freezers ? Ur icecream is already very expensive, also very over rated. Is too sweet anyway And is watery now, its just melts in ur hands My wife and son Are very upset Next time I rather get gas station ice cream At least is cold Really how much money can u be saving on ur light bill ??? 🤔🤷♂️

Waited 10 minutes and got passed up, had to walk around to the back of the line and wait again before the employees asked me about an order, THEN proceeded to tell me that they can’t do shakes. I wouldn’t be doing this review if the first time I came the shakes didn’t taste like wet dog. 0/10 don’t recommend. Oberwiess is a better shop.

Cold stone creamery is good. The price is a little high. The Reese's shake is good and the flavor is pretty strong. I usually go to Walt's. I'm not disappointed in the quality. The price doesn't completely justify for the ice cream.

Usually I have a great experience here but today the ice cream was melting before I even walked out the door, it literally took the staff 30 seconds to do my mix-ins which means that they knew that ice cream was too soft, they usually take a decent amount of time mixing in 3 different mix-ins. The portions was much less then usual, its usually somewhat stacked up, but they couldn’t do it because the ice cream was melting. The ice cream was melting so fast that we couldn’t even get in our car to eat it, we had to eat it outside, because it was running heavy out the bowls. When my wife went back in to inform staff, the staff stated “ WE ARE SORRY THE ICE CREAM WAS SOFTER THAN USUAL WE PROMISE IT WOULD NOT BE THIS WAY NEXT TIME” next time??? but who is that fair to? Surely not the customer who just spent there hard earned money on COLD STONE NOT A SOFT SERVED! We should have been informed prior to purchasing some watered down ice cream, they should have let the customer have the choice, especially if you are not willing to compensate the customer upon disapproval! Overall waste, very disappointing and unsatisfied..

Highly disappointed daughter picked up some fancy apples as she has done in the past. And I tried to slice it with my apple slicer, and the apple was so old that the cream cheese was falling right off with the caramel. For the price you think that you would not serve old taffy apples of any kind! Just saying!
